- Decreased RBC size and Hemoglobin content (MCH) and concentration (MCHC) and increased central zone of pallor for more than the third of cell diameter.
- Microcytic Hypochromic Anemia seen in in Iron deficiency, thalasemia and Anemia of chronic disease.
